Shlokas
Class began with opening prayers. Sahanavavathu.
Mahalakshmi ashtakam (two verses)
Icebreaker session- getting to know each other. We had a fun game/activity with kids mentioning their names, grades and school and one interesting fact about them (like the meaning of their name, a special talent etc.) A game was played based on what they shared with the class.We took the interesting fact of each child and wrote it on small chits. The other kids had to pick up these chits randomly and guess the name of the child with that special quality. The game was a way of familiarizing the kids with each other and creating a bond between them. The teachers also participated in this fun task.

Lesson 2
We began with a quiz of the learning's from the previous year Mahabharata (until vanavasa).
We will continue the recap and then start from Virataparva.
