Hari Om Parents!
Here Is the summary of what we covered in the Sunday class
- Started the class chanting three Om and followed by Sahana vavatu. Explained the meaning of it line by line.
- said prayer for Ganesh, Saraswati and karaage Vasari lakshmi.
- Thought ekadantam mahakayam bhajan
- Did Yoga with the kids
- Started the conversation about God and have the kids share what they think god is and what does he do? Then slowly moved on with story about king and Minister who tried to understand who is god? What does he do? Where is god?
- Explained about this year curriculum of alphabet safari and reason why we should learn.
- Did a quite time by sitting in a circle holding hands and saying OM and passing the energy to the next person.
- Started with letter A for Aspiration and with exit ticket to have the kids think what is Aspiration.
- Alphabet safari main coloring sheet was given to them
- Before going to Arati, explained to the kids how we should go to the prayer hall and behave while going as well being there..
