Hari Om Parents,
It was great pleasure to see you all in Bala Vihar Session 10/18, which was loaded with lots of fun. Our class started with opening prayers (3 Oms followed by Sahana Bhavtu), stretches and yoga.
As a class, we did the following:
Chanted/repeated the below 3 chants
o Om Sri Ganeshaya namaha,

o Om Sri Sat Gurubyoh namaha

Story
We learnt about the Mr Delightful and how important is to be polite and respectful to each other.
We did bull craft, please practice Chapter 1 verse 1 & 2 and you can use following google drive
We did our meditation game and along with it we practiced counting numbers in Sanskrit from 1 to 13.
We completed our class by closing prayer.
We are looking forward to see you all next week on Friday.
