- We started the class with Meditation (2 mins), Guru Stotram and continue to learn – Ajam Nirvikalpam
- We started Ganesh Pancharatnam (Mudakaratha Modakam....)
- We continued with life of Adi Sankarcharya, we did recap of previous week lessons and covered the 2nd part of life cycle of Adi Sankarcharya in today's session. Following are the highlightes
- Shankara met with Lord Shiva in the form of Chandala - Where Shiva Bhagavan gave most important lesson Adi Sankaracharya on practicing the non-dual philosophy (Advaita Philosophy), Adi Sankaracharya composed Manisha Panchakam
- Meeting Veda Vyas in the form of Brahmin and Debate between Sankaracharya and Veda Vyas (prior representing incarnation of Shiva and later representing incarnation of Narayana) and Adi Sankaracharya got additional life line of 16 more years with blessings from Veda Vyas
- Meeting with Kumarila and Mandana Mishra, who became follower / student for Adi Sankaracharya by loosing the Vedantic Debate. Mandana Mishra became Suresvaracharya
- Story of Kapilika wanted to sacrifice Sankaracharya to God Kapali and how Sandanan prayed to Nrisimha Bhagavan for Sankara's safety
- Hastamalaka became student of Sankaracharya
- Giri became Totakacharya
- Passing away of Sankaracharya's mother Aryamba
- Sankarcharya went on 2nd round trip in India from South to North
- Saraswati Matha crowing Sankaracharya the thrown of all knowledge in Kashmir
- Sankaracharya's one most significant contribution to human kind / important accomplishment is establishing 4 Maths (Monasteries)
- Suresvaracharya - First Head of Sringeri Math in south
- Hastamalaka - First Head of Dwaraka in west
- Totakacharya - First Head of Badri in North
- Padmapada - First Head of Puri in east
- We started learning Bhagavad Gita Sloka
