Hari Om Parents!
Here is the summary of what we covered in today's Sunday class
- Started the class chanting three Om and followed by Sahana vavatu.
- Did Yoga to bring energy/ briskness to the kids.
- Chanted letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M and N with a walking exercise using toes and heels. Kids loved it so much.
- Continued with letter O for "Obedience". explained what is obedience and why it's important to Listen and follow what parents and teachers or adult like grandparents say. Shared our childhood days life of how obedience is highlighted in everything.
- Shared The story " The Obedient Child " about sailor dad and his son Vikram. How being obedient saved Vikram's life.
- Alphabet O coloring sheet was given.
