We began class with a few prayers:

4. "Gururbrahma" (page 61 in My Prayers book)
5. "Samudra vasane devi" (page 11 in My Prayers book)
6. "Saraswathi namasthubyam" (page 12 in My Prayers book)
7. "Subham karothi kalyanam" (page 12 in My Prayers book)
8. "Srirama Rama Ramethi" (page 129 in My Prayers book)
This week we had our Balavihar Spirit Day! All the students were in high spirits working together in several team building activities, answering a question after completing each task and earning clues. We then put our heads together to solve the clues. Finally we all met in the Temple hall to solve the final clue and passed our answer on to the older student that used our answer to unlock a treasure chest filled with gold chocolate coins. We require at least 1 parent inside the ashram during the full duration of the class. You are free to choose an Adult Study Group or sign up to Volunteer or Meditate/Read in the Temple.
